With the launch of the new system, residents of and visitors to Cincinnati are now able to manage and maximize their parking meter time through a simple app on their mobile phone.

There's no time-consuming account set-up with PassportParking. All it takes to get started is:

  • Download the app
  • Enter your phone number or email
  • Create or enter your unique PIN number

Enter your payment card details or automatically scan your card number.

  • Manage multiple cards with a single account
  • Simplify your payments with a Prefunded Account
  • Receive receipts for your parking

The parking meter is now in your hand. Manage parking session details right from your phone.

No smartphone? No problem!

Simply dial (513) 253-0493 to pay via our automated voice system.

WHERE CAN I

PAY BY PHONE?

Passport Mobile Pay is available at any spot operated by CincyEZPark. Look for these signs on your block or decal located at your meter for Zone and Space Numbers.

HOW IT WORKS

LIGHTED DISPLAY

 Look at the smart meter’s display to find parking rates, hours, time limits, and other important information. If it is dark, press any button to light the display.

PAYING WITH COINS

 If paying with coins, simply insert them in the coin slot until the desired time is reached on the display. Quarters, dimes, nickels, and $1 coins accepted.

PAYING WITH CARD

 If paying electronically, insert and remove your credit or debit card. The smart meter accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

SELECTING TIME

 With the blue [+] and [-] buttons, select the amount of time. The cost for that time will be displayed underneath.

CONFIRM PAYMENT

 Press green [OK] button to confirm your payment, or red [CANCEL] button to stop your transaction. The meter will attempt to authorize the payment shown on the screen if neither button is pressed after 35 seconds.

WAIT

Wait for authorization of the card.

SUCCESS!

 If the card is approved, the display will show the amount of paid time and when it expires. If not approved, start over with another card or coins.

METER HOLIDAYS

During these Holidays, special rates are charged at all City garages.

 

Also, Parking Meters are not enforced on the following days:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Be sure you've entered the correct Zone Number for your vehicle's parking space. Entering the wrong zone number may result in a parking citation.

WHAT IS A

ZONE NUMBER?

A Zone Number identifies the area where you are parked. Zone numbers can be found on CincyEZPark signage and decals on the side of all CincyEZPark meters.

PLEASE LET US KNOW.
