CINCYEZPARK TICKETS & ENFORCEMENT

Introduction

Parking Enforcement Officers (PEOs) are authorized to perform an extensive range of enforcement actions. PEOs are empowered to enforce 28 sections of the City's Municipal Code relating to parking violations. This includes more than parking meter violations: PEOs may cite and/or tow vehicles blocking driveways and vehicles not authorized to park in designated truck loading zones.

Parking Enforcement Officers may also impound vehicles for violations of peak hour restrictions and multiple delinquent citations.

Effective enforcement of parking regulations improves safety and parking availability.

Enforcing Passport Mobile Pay

CincyEZPark offers its customers improved convenience when paying for parking with the PassportParking app. Time purchased through the PassportParking app does not display on the meter. It is stored in the cloud and customers can see the remaining time directly on their phones.

Parking Enforcement Officers utilize wireless handheld devices to see whether or not a space is paid or if a license plate has time remaining.

A customer cannot use the app or the website to add to time already displayed on the meter. They’ll have to wait until that time has expired to pay by phone or add time directly on the meter.

Please note the PassportParking app is available only for iPhones and Android devices.ᅠCustomers with any other type of smartphone or mobile device could use the PassportParking mobile website or call (513-253-0493). Customers with a non-smartphone could call (513-253-0493) as well.
